Welcome to the School Committees page, which could also be called the “School Governance” page.
There are a number of committees that serve to direct the school’s academic endeavors, which are comprised of parents and teachers and school administrators. All are welcome to participate in these meetings and committees; some committees have requirements on who is allowed to hold office and vote.

The SSC has the responsibility of analyzing and evaluating the academic achievement of all students in the school, as well as creating and following a budget for how Federal, State, Title 1, Title 3 (bilingual funds), and other monies are spent. The SSC is composed of parents, teachers and school administrators. Anyone can attend SSC meetings (meetings are open to the public), but only officers can vote.
